UW-700
Electrolyte Gold (Au) Stripper

Description: 

UW-700 electrolysis gold (Au) stripper (Cyanide Free), is an eco-friendly product, which has the high gold stripping rate. UW-700 has passed the RoHS certification by SGS, and submitted the invention patent in Taiwan, China and USA.

 

Use-Case: E-Waste / Industrial Scrap

  • Gold stripper for metal-based substrates with conductive surfaces (gold-plated pins, metal connectors) 

Advantages and Characteristics:

  • No corrosion on Ni or Sn Layer

  • No colour change and decrease in quality of corrosion resistance

  • High speed in stripping, average rate is 0.5~2 mm/min in Au stripping

  • Cyanide and toxic free, completely meets RoHS requirement

  • It can strip Au selective area precisely

UW-860
Gold (Au) Stripper

Description:

UW-860 Gold (Au) stripper is a non aqua regia and cyanide free chemical stripper. The pH of UW-860 is 7.4.  This formula revolutionises traditional gold stripping technology which typically raises concerns of highly corrosive and toxic chemicals. 

Use-Case: E-Waste / Mining

  • Gold stripper for non-conductive substrates like PCBs and composite materials

Advantages and Characteristics:

  • Suitable for Au layer removes

  • Corrosion on Ni or Cu, but no affect on stainless steel

  • Owns wild operation range, with functioning well on room temperature

  • Cyanide and toxic free, completely meets RoHS requirement

  • High strip amount with 10g/L

Silver Stripper

UW-602
Electrolyte Silver (Ag) Stripper

Description: 

UW-602, a non-toxic silver stripper easily removes Ag layer from products by applying electrolyte process. No damage on Cu substrate. UW-602 does not contain cyanide or any toxic components and meets with RoHS requirements.

 

Use-Case: E-Waste Industrial Scrap

  • Silver stripper for metal base substrates with conductive surfaces.

  • No corrosion on Ni or Cu substrate

AgST-350 
Chemical Silver (Ag) Stripper

Description: 

AgST-350, a non-toxic silver stripper easily removes Ag layer from products by using chemical method. AgST-350 does not contain cyanide or any toxic components, and meets with RoHS requirements.

 

Use-Case: E-Waste

  • Silver stripper for non-conductive substrates such as PCBs and composite materials

Advantages and Characteristics:

  • High speed in stripping, average rate is 0.3~1 mm/min in Ag stripping

Tin Stripper

Description: 

SnST-550 Tin (Sn) stripper is used to strip pure tin, SnCu alloy, SnBi alloy, SnPb alloy.  It can be applied to strip the tin solder layer on the Cu / Ni / PCB substrate.

 

Use-Case: E-Waste

  • Tin stripper to recover tin from the tin-solder used to adhere components to the PCB

Tin (Sn) Stripper

Platinum / Palladium Stripper

UW-195
Platinum / Palladium Stripper

Description: 

UW-195 Platinum / Palladium Stripper is used to strip the platinum or palladium plating layer. UW-195 is a non-toxic stripper.  It, does not damage the stainless steel, plastic, ceramic or wafer substrate. UW-195 meets with RoHS requirements, hence it reduces the treatment costs of waste water and provides for easier management of chemicals in the factory. The saturation of UW-195 to Pt is 66 g/L, while to Pd is 80 g/L.

Lithium / Cobalt Stripper

UW-530
LiCo Stripper

Description:

UW-530 LiCo stripper is used for lithium and cobalt metal recycling in the battery industry. It is fast, safe and has a high recovery rate, low cost and high efficiency.

Rare Earth Metal Stripper

UW-170
Rare Earth Metal Stripper

Description:

Traditional rare earth metals use a large amount of toxic or hazardous substances during processing. UW-170 eco-friendly rare earth stripper is non-toxic and cyanide-free chemical. It does not include fluoride and mercury.

 

There are 17 kinds of rare earth metals can be stripped at the same time with a safe operation and high-efficiency leaching rate.

 

No mine tailings pollution problem.
